Today was a success – definitely!
I still get to have my coffee with cream. The one thing I refuse to give up – coffee! I love it and I won’t give it up. It’s my breakfast. I know, I know…another thing we are always told – you need to eat breakfast – then you eat less during the rest of the day. Well – I say BULL! When I eat breakfast – I eat a LOT more during the day, so I don’t eat breakfast. I am not in the mood to eat that early in the day anyway. I have coffee with real cream – and it’s yummy and keeps me happy.
For lunch a simple salad – no dressing. WOW – do you even know what all those veggies taste like? I do – and they taste healthy and wonderful to me. Far better than a huge dousing of dressing and croutons all over the health giving veggies.
For dinner, I had a steak with steamed broccoli and mushrooms.
I walked away from each meal happy and satisfied.
No bloat whatsoever.
Go figure!
Add some low quality carbs in there and I would have walked away miserable.
I drank lots of water and I had my It’s Greens drink which provides me with 8 servings of fruits/veggies without the calories OR the carbs. Detoxes the body too.
I feel good – and I feel health slipping back into my control.
I am happy and I feel great!
